As a lead support for the entire Loreal Skin Care team, including LUX, ACD, and CPD divisions, my responsibilities encompassed conducting Homologation and Compatibility tests, analyzing results, and documenting critical data. I am certified in Loreal's Product Lifecycle Management software and was part of overseeing the full lifecycle of products, including reviewing and approving technical drawings of packaging components. My involvement also extended to various side projects, from product and packaging testing to conceptual design and rapid prototyping. I worked with my team to come up with crucial solutions for technical issues across different areas such as supply, plant operations, distribution, and quality control, thus bolstering the Quality Assurance initiatives of the Skin Care team.
